Complaints procedure

Do you have a complaint about a product or our service? We would appreciate it if you first contact us via the contact form or by email: hallo@trendykinderbehang.nl. In most cases, a solution is always possible!


We will of course try to deliver your order to you in the best possible condition. Unfortunately, it may still happen that a package has not arrived to you correctly. Please let us know by email (hallo@trendykinderbehang.nl), because you can probably claim the warranty.
Legally, you have two months to report this after discovering the defect. If it is indeed within the warranty, we will arrange repair or replacement free of charge.
