Wallpaper samples are shipped within 1-2 business days with PostNL. These are usually delivered the next day (depending on how busy PostNL is).

If you have ordered multiple wallpaper samples, you will receive a tracking code for the letterbox package after shipping and you can monitor the delivery time yourself. An order for a single wallpaper sample is sent by regular post and is usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

The delivery time for each brand can vary. One brand is shipped the next day, while another is produced to order.

You can always find the delivery time of your ordered wallpaper on the product page of the wallpaper.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. This allows you to track your order yourself and keep an eye on the delivery time.

You may always return your order within 14 days without stating a reason.
Excluded from the right of return are photo wallpaper (custom-made) and paint.

Please note: we only accept returns if the wallpaper is still in its original packaging. You can return it to us within 14 days of delivery.

Even though your order is always packed with great care, it can happen that your order arrives damaged or that something went wrong during production. This is, of course, very unfortunate!

In that case, please contact us by e-mail (hallo@trendykinderbehang.nl) with a photo of the damaged product.

You will then receive a response from us as soon as possible with a solution!

Once we have received and reviewed your return, you will receive the refund amount in your account within 5 business days, via the payment method you used to place your order.

If your return does not meet the (legal) requirements, we reserve the right to refuse it. Naturally, we will contact you first in such cases.

We stock many different wallpaper brands, and each brand has its own (standard) dimensions.

On the product page, you'll find a wallpaper calculator or an explanation of how to best order the specific wallpaper.

To determine how much wallpaper you need for your wall, measure the width and height of the wall.

Because walls in no house are perfectly straight, we recommend measuring the wall in two places and using the highest number for your wallpaper calculation.

Always add about 10cm to the dimensions and use these dimensions for your wallpaper calculation.

Measure the width and height of the wall and add 10cm to both (to the width AND to the height).

Because no wall is perfectly straight, you'll always have enough wallpaper.

This applies to photo wallpaper (custom-made) and wallpaper rolls.

Example: if your wall is 420cm wide and 265cm high, order wallpaper for a size of 430cm wide and 275cm high.

We do our best to keep enough stock of every wallpaper sample, but sometimes they are temporarily out of stock.

We do our best to get them back in stock as soon as possible. Would you like to receive a message as soon as your favourite sample is available again? Then leave your email address with the out-of-stock wallpaper sample (via the order button).

We do not stock wallpaper ourselves. Most wallpaper is made to order and shipped directly to you from the manufacturer for fast delivery.

We are not always able to have all wallpaper prints from every brand we carry online. We can almost always order all prints. Please feel free to contact us to see what the possibilities are!

We understand that wallpaper can be a significant expense for a children's room, and a good discount can help with that.

We normally do not have promotions on the wallpaper we sell (with the exception of promotions initiated by the brands themselves).

However, by signing up for our newsletter, you will receive a discount code that you can use immediately, and if you have ordered wallpaper samples, you will have received a discount code with those.

For large projects, please feel free to contact us.

Because colours and prints can turn out differently in every room, we always recommend ordering a wallpaper sample first to see which wallpaper best suits your child's room. This often prevents disappointment and additional costs for returning your order.
